Junior Achievement of Montana
relies on a statewide Board of Directors and local District
Committees to oversee and support programming in each community.
Members of the Board of Directors are leaders in their
industry, serving three-year terms. Board meetings are held monthly by teleconference, with
quarterly face-to-face meetings.
Board members govern the organization on a statewide basis
while serving locally to ensure that their community is well
represented.
District Committee members serve in their
local area, such as the Billings and Bozeman areas, with
representatives from each community within that area.
These committees support local programming, plan growth,
recruit and train volunteers, provide outreach and raise funds to
sustain local operations. They
serve as ambassadors for JA within their communities.
Prospective board and committee members are
encouraged to contact the JA of Montana office for further
information. We invite
you to take up the challenge.
